The Valley Christian Trojans football squad scored 51 points and limited the visiting Odyssey Institute Minotaur to 0 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Gilbert Christian for a 3A Metro test on Friday, October 24. Valley Christian will meet a Knights squad coming off a 18-15 league loss to Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 6-2.

The Minotaur (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Dysart (El Mirage, AZ). The Demons enter the 3A West challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Dysart bounced Kingman (Kingman, AZ), 42-13, in a league challenge.
