Pennsylvania High School Football - Oxford smashes Reading
October 17, 2025: Reading, PA 19604 The Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA) football trounced the host Reading Red KNights (Reading, PA), 44-12 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Hornets now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kennett for a Ches-Mont - American game on Friday, October 24. Oxford will face a Blue Demons team coming off a 14-10 league loss to Avon Grove (West Grove, PA). The Blue Demons record now stands at 7-2.
The Red KNights (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Hempfield (Landisville, PA). The Black Knights come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 1 outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Hempfield trounced Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA), 43-13, in a league outing.
