Alabama High School Football - Park Crossing crushed by Wetumpka

The Wetumpka Indians walloped the host Park Crossing Thunderbirds football squad by a margin of 41-6 in Friday's league test.

The Indians now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Stanhope Elmore for a 6A Region 2 challenge on Friday, October 24. Wetumpka will face a Mustangs team coming off a 47-26 league win over Rehobeth (Dothan, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-3.

The Thunderbirds (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Percy Julian (Montgomery, AL). The Phoenix go into the 6A Region 2 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Percy Julian was ripped by Wetumpka (Wetumpka, AL), 34-20, in a league test.
