The Thunder Ridge Longhorns overwhelmed the visiting Pike Valley Panthers football squad by a margin of 50-0 in Friday's league test.

The Longhorns now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Osborne for a Northern Plains (8 Man) test on Friday, October 24. Thunder Ridge will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 54-36 non-league loss to Linn (Linn, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Pike Valley drops to 2-5 on the season. The Panthers host St. John's/Tipton Catholic (Beloit, KS) to face the Blujays in a Northern Plains (8 Man) challenge on Friday, October 24. The Blujays go into the challenge with a record of 3-4. St. John's/Tipton Catholic won 46-0 in their recent league challenge against Blue Valley (Randolph, KS)
