In Friday's league battle, the visiting Valley Vikings football team scored a nice 42-26 win over the Raft River Trojans.

With the win, Valley advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Vikings host Carey (Carey, ID) to play the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, October 24. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 8-0. Carey won 64-8 in their recent league battle against Shoshone (Shoshone, ID)

The Trojans now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hagerman for a 2A Snake River (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 24. Raft River will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 38-18 non-league win over Butte County (Arco, ID). The Pirates record now stands at 6-2.
