In Friday's league game, the South Hills Huskies (West Covina, CA) football team overcame the visiting Walnut Mustangs (Walnut, CA), by a final score of 41-21.

With the win, South Hills advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Huskies travel to Chino (Chino, CA) to encounter the Cowboys in a Hacienda bout on Friday, October 24. The Cowboys enter the contest with a record of 3-5. Chino lost 28-14 in their recent league contest against Los Altos (Hacienda Heights, CA)
