October 17, 2025: Lambertville, NJ 08530 Spotswood Chargers (Spotswood, NJ) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host South Hunterdon Eagles (Lambertville, NJ), 41-8 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Spotswood improves its record to 7-1 on the season. The Chargers host Roselle Park (Roselle Park, NJ) to play the Panthers in a Big Central - Freedom Gold battle on Friday, October 24. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 5-3. Roselle Park won 49-6 in their recent non-league challenge against J.P. Stevens (Edison, NJ)
With the defeat, South Hunterdon falls to 0-7 on the year. The Eagles travel to Dunellen (Dunellen, NJ) to face the Destroyers in a Big Central - Freedom Silver challenge on Friday, October 24. The Destroyers enter the challenge with a record of 0-7. Dunellen lost 48-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Dayton (Springfield, NJ)
