North Carolina High School Football - Topsail falls to West Brunswick

October 17, 2025: Hampstead, NC 28443

The West Brunswick Trojans felled the host Topsail Pirates football team by a score of 21-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans play the Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) in a Carolina Coast 6A/7A/8A challenge, on Friday, October 24. West Brunswick will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Screaming Eagle go into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 32-22 league loss to New Hanover (Wilmington, NC).

The Pirates (0-9) will now prepare for their challenge against New Hanover (Wilmington, NC). The Wildcats go into the Carolina Coast 6A/7A/8A challenge with a 4-4 record.
