Mayer Wildcats (Mayer, AZ) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Mohave Accelerated Patriots (Bullhead City, AZ), 30-0 in a non-league match.

The Wildcats (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Horizon Honors (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Horizon Honors was beaten by Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ), 17-7, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Patriots confront the Page Sand Devils (Page, AZ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 25. Mohave Accelerated will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
