Alaska High School Volleyball - Galena can't get by Tri-Valley
October 17, 2025: Galena, AK 99741 Tri-Valley Warriors (Healy, AK) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Galena Hawks (Galena, AK), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Tri-Valley improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Susitna Valley (Talkeetna, AK) to face the Rams in a non-league test on Saturday, November 15. The Rams go into the test with a record of 9-5.
The Hawks now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tok for a non-league test on Friday, October 17. Galena will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Nenana (Nenana, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-0.
