October 17, 2025: Georgetown, MA 01833 Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners (Peabody, MA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Georgetown Royals (Georgetown, MA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Peabody Veterans Memorial improves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Tanners travel to North Andover (North Andover, MA) to face the Scarlet Knights in a non-league test on Monday, October 20. The Scarlet Knights go into the test with a record of 9-9. North Andover won 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Lowell (Lowell, MA)
Next, the Royals meet the Triton Regional Vikings (Byfield, MA) in a Cape Ann challenge, on Monday, October 20. Georgetown will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 3-1 league loss to Pentucket Regional (West Newbury, MA).
