October 18, 2022: Colorado Springs, CO 80907 The Colorado Springs Christian Lions held off the visiting St. Mary's Pirates volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manitou Springs for a non-league test on Thursday, October 20. Colorado Springs Christian will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over James Irwin (Colorado Springs, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.
The Pirates (1-4) will now prepare for their test against The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Coursers enter the non-league test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, The Vanguard School was nudged by Salida (Salida, CO), 2-1, in a league test.
