October 18, 2023: Union City, NJ 07087 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Columbia Cougars (Maplewood, NJ) volleyball squad nudged the host Union City Soaring Eagles (Union City, NJ), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Cougars face the Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions (Caldwell, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 20. Columbia will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 6-11 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Millburn (Millburn, NJ).
With the loss, Union City moves to 9-7 on the year.
