October 18, 2023: Dinwiddie, VA 23841 In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Mecklenburg County Phoenix volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Dinwiddie Generals.
The Phoenix (17-3) will now prepare for their battle against George Washington (Danville, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 1-15 record. In their last battle, George Washington lost by Tunstall (Dry Fork, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Generals clash with the Meadowbrook Monarchs (Richmond, VA) in a Central battle, on Thursday, October 19. Dinwiddie will attempt to advance on its 6-8 season record.
