October 18, 2023: Newell, IA 50568 The Newell-Fonda Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Siouxland Christian Eagles to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Mustangs now have a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary's for a non-league game on Monday, October 23. Newell-Fonda will confront a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 18-8.
