Maryland High School Football - Archbishop Curley prevails Our Lady of Mount Carmel
October 18, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21221 In Friday's league match, the visiting Archbishop Curley Friars football squad scored a good 28-6 triumph over the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars.
The Friars (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Pallotti (Laurel, MD). The Panthers come into the MIAA B match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Pallotti defeated St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD), 49-6, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Cougars meet the Severn School Admirals (Severna Park, MD) in a MIAA B match, on Friday, October 25. Our Lady of Mount Carmel will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Admirals come into the match with a 5-3 record after their 14-7 league loss to St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD).
