California High School Football - Milpitas can't hold off Carlmont

October 18, 2024: Belmont, CA 94002

The Carlmont Scots got by the visiting Milpitas Trojans football team by a score of 42-38 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Scots play the Terra Nova Tigers (Pacifica, CA) in a Peninsula - Ocean challenge, on Thursday, October 24. Carlmont will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 27-7 league loss to San Mateo (San Mateo, CA).

The Trojans (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Ravens go into the Peninsula - Ocean challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Sequoia nipped Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA), 21-20, in a league challenge.
