Kentucky High School Football - Conner loses to Highlands
October 18, 2024: Hebron, KY 41048 Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY), 42-14 in a league battle.
With the win, Highlands advances its record to 8-2 on the season. The Bluebirds host Scott (Covington, KY) to play the Eagles in a 5A District 6 battle on Friday, October 25. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 2-6. Scott lost 48-14 in their recent league battle against Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY)
The Cougars now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Boone County for a 5A District 6 battle on Friday, October 25. Conner will play a Rebels team coming off a 48-14 league loss to Cooper (Union, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 2-7.
