The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH) and the visiting Covington Buccs (Covington, OH), witnessed Riverside's football squad knock off Covington by a tally of 26-14.

The Pirates (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Milton-Union (West Milton, OH). The Bulldogs enter the Three Rivers contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Milton-Union was toppled by Northridge (Dayton, OH), 40-21, in a league contest.
