North Carolina High School Football - Crest winner over Forestview

October 18, 2024: Gastonia, NC 28056

The Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) football knocked off the host Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC), 30-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Chargers now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Huss for a Big South 3A outing on Friday, October 25. Crest will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 46-0 league win over North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Forestview drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to South Point (Belmont, NC) to meet the Red Raiders in a Big South 3A test on Friday, October 25. The Red Raiders come into the test with a record of 5-1. South Point lost 17-14 in their recent league test against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC)
