In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Delcastle Technical Cougars football squad scored a good 30-21 victory over the Wilmington Charter Force.

The Cougars (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, DE). The Lions enter the 2A District 1 match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Red Lion Christian Academy thwarted Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE), 49-7, in a non-league match.
