October 18, 2024: East Aurora, NY 14052 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the East Aurora/Holland Blue Devils (East Aurora, NY) and the visiting Lake Shore Eagles (Angola, NY), witnessed East Aurora/Holland's football squad edge Lake Shore by a count of 32-26.
The Blue Devils (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Iroquois (Elma, NY). The Redhawks enter the Section 6 B - 2 contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Iroquois got by Hamburg (Hamburg, NY), 48-14, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Pioneer Panthers (Yorkshire, NY) in a Section 6 B - 2 contest, on Thursday, October 24. Lake Shore will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 8-0 record after their 42-20 non-league win over Williamsville South (Williamsville, NY).
