The Galena Grizzlies football squad scored 51 points and limited the visiting Hug Hawks to 6 in the Grizzlies league triumph on Friday.

The Grizzlies now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wooster for a 5A Division III Northern test on Thursday, October 24. Galena will meet a Colts squad coming off a 41-0 league loss to Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Colts record now stands at 2-6.

With the defeat, Hug drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to North Valleys (Reno, NV) to meet the Panthers in a 5A Division III Northern test on Thursday, October 24. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-6. North Valleys lost 27-21 in their recent league test against Carson (Carson City, NV)
