The Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Steinert Spartans to 14 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hightstown for a West Jersey - Capitol test on Friday, October 25. Hopewell Valley Central will meet a Rams squad coming off a 39-6 league loss to Allentown (Allentown, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 2-6.

With the defeat, Steinert drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Spartans host Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ) to meet the Northstars in a West Jersey - Capitol test on Friday, October 25.
