Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE), 13-10 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Omaha Central improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Fremont (Fremont, NE) to play the Tigers in a A District 1 battle on Friday, October 25. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 4-4. Fremont lost 69-7 in their recent league battle against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE)

The Mustangs now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Columbus for a A District 3 battle on Friday, October 25. Millard North will play a Discoverers team coming off a 43-14 league loss to Kearney (Kearney, NE). The Discoverers record now stands at 4-4.
