Walnut Ridge Scots (Columbus, OH) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Africentric Early College Nubians (Columbus, OH), 26-6 in a league match.

The Scots (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Independence (Columbus, OH). The 76ers come into the Columbus City - South match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Independence defeated Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH), 52-32, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Nubians meet the Eastmoor Academy Warriors (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - South match, on Friday, October 24.
