Scott's Branch Eagles (Summerton, SC) boosters left the game content Saturday as they observed their football squad crush the host Bethune-Bowman Mohawks (Orangeburg, SC), 59-16 in a league test.

The Eagles now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Baptist Hill for a A Region 5 test on Friday, October 24. Scott's Branch will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 54-0 league win over St. John's (John's Island, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-2.

With the defeat, Bethune-Bowman moves to 3-6 on the season. The Mohawks host Cross (Cross, SC) to play the Trojans in a A Region 5 challenge on Friday, October 24. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Cross won 38-14 in their recent league challenge against Scott's Branch (Summerton, SC)
