The Eureka Wildcats football squad scored 28 points and limited the host McCluer Comets to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Pattonville Pirates (Maryland Heights, MO) in a St. Louis Suburban - Yellow challenge, on Friday, October 24. Eureka will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 41-29 non-league loss to Parkway West (Ballwin, MO).

The Comets (1-7) will now prepare for their outing against Parkway North (St. Louis, MO). The Vikings come into the St. Louis Suburban - Green outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Parkway North topped Fox (Arnold, MO), 35-12, in a non-league outing.
