New York High School Football - Lafayette thwarted by Grady
October 18, 2025: Brooklyn, NY 11235 Grady Falcons (Brooklyn, NY) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Lafayette Patriots (Brooklyn, NY), 20-8 in a league battle.
With the win, Grady improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Falcons host Thomas Jefferson Campus (Brooklyn, NY) to meet the Orange Wave in a PSAL 1A test on Saturday, October 25. The Orange Wave come into the test with a record of 5-0. Thomas Jefferson Campus won 30-6 in their recent league test against Smith (Bronx, NY)
With the defeat, Lafayette drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Patriots host Douglass Academy (New York, NY) to play the Lions in a PSAL 1A challenge on Saturday, October 25. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Douglass Academy won 30-6 in their recent league challenge against Information Tech (Long Island City, NY)
