New York High School Football - Nanuet tops Putnam Valley
October 18, 2025: Nanuet, NY 10954 The Nanuet Golden Knights football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Putnam Valley Tigers to 6 in the Golden Knights league triumph on Saturday.
The Golden Knights now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Pearl River for a Section 1 B/C/D challenge on Saturday, October 25. Nanuet will face a Pirates team coming off a 38-17 league win over Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NY). The Pirates record now stands at 4-3.
The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Ardsley (Ardsley, NY). The Panthers go into the Section 1 B/C/D challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Ardsley toppled John Jay (Cross River, NY), 56-28, in a league test.
