South Dakota High School Volleyball - Beresford can't get by Great Plains Lutheran
October 18, 2025: Beresford, SD 57004 Great Plains Lutheran Panthers (Watertown, SD) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Beresford Watchdogs (Beresford, SD), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Great Plains Lutheran advances its record to 12-13 on the season. The Panthers travel to Groton (Groton, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 18. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Groton won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Deuel (Clear Lake, SD)
Next, the Watchdogs play the Sisseton Redmen (Sisseton, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 18. Beresford will attempt to upgrade on its 11-14 season record. The Redmen come into the challenge with a 2-15 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Clark/Willow Lake (Clark, SD).
