Louisiana High School Volleyball - Cabrini tips Northwood
October 18, 2025: Shreveport, LA 71107 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Cabrini Crescents (New Orleans, LA) and the host Northwood Falcons (Shreveport, LA), observed Cabrini's volleyball team hold off Northwood by a count of 2-1.
The Crescents (6-15) will now prepare for their battle against Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA). The go into the Division III District 8 battle with a 22-5 record. In their last battle, Haynes Academy was edged by University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Falcons now own a 13-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Natchitoches Central for a Division II District 1 battle on Tuesday, October 21. Northwood will encounter a Chiefs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Chiefs record now stands at 26-2.
