New Mexico High School Volleyball - Hatch Valley can't get by Deming
October 18, 2025: Hatch, NM 87937 Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Deming advances its record to 4-10 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Chaparral (Chaparral, NM) to face the Lobos in a 4A District 3 test on Tuesday, October 21. The Lobos go into the test with a record of 3-13. Chaparral won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Lovington (Lovington, NM)
The Bears now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cobre for a 3A District 3 outing on Tuesday, October 21. Hatch Valley will play a Indians team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Deming (Deming, NM). The Indians record now stands at 14-3.
