October 18, 2025: East St. Louis, IL 62205 The Pekin Dragons volleyball squad scored 2 points and held the host East St. Louis Flyers to 1 in the Dragons non-league win on Saturday.
Next up, the Dragons confront the Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL) in a Mid-Illini game, on Tuesday, October 21. Pekin will attempt to better on its 9-19 season record. The Rockets come into the outing with a 31-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Mahomet-Seymour (Mahomet, IL).
With the loss, East St. Louis drops to 9-23 on the campaign. The Flyers travel to Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL) to play the Tigers in a Southwestern outing on Tuesday, October 21.
