October 18, 2025: Machesney Park, IL 61115 Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Kaneland improves its record to 9-21 on the season. The Knights travel to Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL) to meet the Knights in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 18. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 6-16. Rockford Auburn lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Guilford (Rockford, IL)
Next, the Huskies meet the Jefferson J-Hawks (Rockford, IL) in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. Harlem will attempt to upgrade on its 8-22 season record. The J-Hawks enter the challenge with a 5-16 record after their 2-1 league loss to Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL).
