California High School Volleyball - Heritage over Vanden
October 18, 2025: Fairfield, CA 94533 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Heritage Patriots (Brentwood, CA) and the host Vanden Vikings (Fairfield, CA), observed Heritage's volleyball team top Vanden by a count of 2-0.
The Patriots (18-10) will now prepare for their contest against Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA). The Miners enter the non-league contest with a 20-15 record. In their last contest, Nevada Union notched a victory over Roseville (Roseville, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.
The Vikings now own a 5-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carondelet for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 18. Vanden will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 19-8.
