October 18, 2025: Moline, IL 61265 The Plainfield East Bengals edged the host Moline Maroons volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bengals face the Rosary Royals (Aurora, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 18. Plainfield East will attempt to upgrade on its 9-23 season record. The Royals come into the outing with a 3-24 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Oswego (Oswego, IL).
With the loss, Moline drops to 11-17 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Galesburg (Galesburg, IL) to play the Silver Streaks in a Western Big 6 outing on Tuesday, October 21. The Silver Streaks come into the outing with a record of 13-19. Galesburg lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL)
