October 18, 2025: Paxton, IL 60957 Teutopolis Wooden Shoes (Teutopolis, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers (Paxton, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Teutopolis improves its record to 21-9 on the season. The Wooden Shoes travel to Cumberland (Toledo, IL) to meet the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Monday, October 20. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 13-16. Cumberland lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Farina South Central (Farina, IL)
Next, the Panthers meet the Iroquois West Raiders (Gilman, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 20. Paxton-Buckley-Loda will attempt to upgrade on its 10-16 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 3-20 record after their 2-0 league win over Milford (Milford, IL).
