Virginia High School Volleyball - Grace Christian School edged by New Covenant
October 19, 2023: Lynchburg, VA 24501 The New Covenant Gryphons held off the visiting Grace Christian School Kings volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Gryphons now have a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lynchburg HomeSchool for a non-league test on Friday, October 20. New Covenant will confront a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Central Virginia HomeSchool Athletic Association (Amelia Court House, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 6-8.
The Kings (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Veritas School (Richmond, VA). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record.
