October 19, 2023: Dover, DE 19901 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Dover Senators (Dover, DE) and the visiting Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE), saw Dover's volleyball squad beat Delmar by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Dover upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Senators travel to Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE) to play the Golden Knights in a Henlopen North bout on Tuesday, October 24. The Golden Knights go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Sussex Central lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE)
The Wildcats now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Early College for a Henlopen South bout on Monday, October 23. Delmar will play a Hornets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE). The Hornets record now stands at 1-9.
