Maryland High School Football - Bladensburg crushed by Parkdale
October 19, 2024: Riverdale, MD 20737 Parkdale Panthers (Riverdale, MD) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD), 44-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Parkdale improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Panthers host Flowers (Springdale, MD) to play the Jaguars in a Prince George's County 4A/3A battle on Saturday, October 26. The Jaguars go into the battle with a record of 5-2. Flowers lost 28-7 in their recent league battle against Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD)
The Mustangs now have a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Oxon Hill for a Prince George's County 4A/3A battle on Friday, October 25. Bladensburg will play a Clippers team coming off a 59-0 league win over Northwestern (Hyattsville, MD). The Clippers record now stands at 4-3.
