October 19, 2024: Fresh Meadows, NY 11365 St. Francis Prep Terriers (Fresh Meadows, NY) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Xavier Knights (New York, NY), 36-24 in a non-league battle.
With the win, St. Francis Prep advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Terriers travel to Fordham Prep (Bronx, NY) to play the Rams in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 26. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 4-3. Fordham Prep won 22-0 in their recent non-league battle against Holy Cross (Flushing, NY)
The Knights now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to St. Joseph-by-the-Sea for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 26. Xavier will play a Vikings team coming off a 27-14 non-league loss to St. Anthony's (Melville, NY). The Vikings record now stands at 4-2.
