New Jersey High School Soccer - Washington Township nudges Lenape
October 19, 2024: Sewell, NJ 08080 Fans at Saturday's league battle between the Washington Township Minutemen (Sewell, NJ) and the visiting Lenape Indians (Medford, NJ), saw Washington Township's soccer squad hold off Lenape by a count of 2-1.
The Minutemen (10-0) will now prepare for their battle against Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ). The Pioneers enter the non-league battle with a 6-5 record. In their last battle, Clearview tipped Highland Regional (Blackwood, NJ), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Indians battle the Hun Raiders (Princeton, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 22. Lenape will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Raiders enter the battle with a 11-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Hill School (Pottstown, PA).
