The Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) volleyball held off the visiting Fitch Falcons (Groton, CT), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Portsmouth for a Division 1 bout on Monday, October 21. Chariho will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league win over Cranston East (Cranston, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 13-1.

With the loss, Fitch drops to 8-10 on the campaign. The Falcons host Branford (Branford, CT) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, October 21. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 7-11. Branford lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Waterford (Waterford, CT)
