October 19, 2024: New Underwood, SD 57761 The Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) volleyball knocked off the host New Underwood Tigers (New Underwood, SD), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Thorpes now possess a 16-12 record. They play next when they travel to Mahpiya Luta for a A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, October 22. Pine Ridge will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Crusaders record now stands at 12-19.
With the loss, New Underwood drops to 5-23 on the campaign. The Tigers host Edgemont (Edgemont, SD) to clash with the Moguls in a B Region 7 bout on Friday, October 25. The Moguls come into the bout with a record of 25-4. Edgemont won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD)
