October 2, 2023: Denver, CO 80206 The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Denver East Angels (Denver, CO) and the visiting Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO), saw Denver East's soccer squad get by Legacy by a margin of 2-1.
The Angels now sport a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lewis-Palmer for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Denver East will meet a Rangers squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Lutheran (Parker, CO). The Rangers record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Legacy drops to 7-1 on the season. The Lightning host Mountain Range (Westminster, CO) to meet the Mustangs in a 5A Front Range South test on Tuesday, October 3. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-9. Mountain Range lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Horizon (Thornton, CO)
