Ohio High School Soccer - Memorial knocks off Kenton
October 2, 2023: Kenton, OH 43326 Memorial Roughriders (St. Marys, OH) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Kenton Wildcats (Kenton, OH), 6-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Roughriders confront the Elida Bulldogs (Elida, OH) in a Western Buckeye challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Memorial will attempt to better on its 11-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 1-1 league Wapakoneta (Wapakoneta, OH).
The Wildcats now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Van Wert for a Western Buckeye challenge on Thursday, October 5. Kenton will confront a Cougars team coming off a 12-0 league loss to Shawnee (Lima, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 0-12.
