New York High School Soccer - Wayne nudges Webster Schroeder
October 2, 2023: Ontario Center, NY 14520 Wayne Eagles (Ontario Center, NY) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Webster Schroeder Warriors (Webster, NY), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles face the Mynderse Academy Blue Devils (Seneca Falls, NY) in a Finger Lakes - East challenge, on Wednesday, October 4. Wayne will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 4-0 league win over Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY).
The Warriors now have a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Churchville-Chili for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 4.
