October 2, 2023: Wadena, MN 56482 The Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Barnesville Trojans to 0 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Monday.
The Wolverines now have a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Osakis for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 3. Wadena-Deer Creek will meet a Silverstreaks team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Eden Valley-Watkins (Eden Valley, MN). The Silverstreaks record now stands at 5-11.
The Trojans (5-12) will now prepare for their game against Menahga (Menahga, MN). The Braves enter the non-league game with a 5-13 record. In their last game, Menahga dropped by Frazee (Frazee, MN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
