Next up, the Bearcats clash with the Hackett Hornets (Hackett, AR) in a 3A West match, on Tuesday, October 3. Booneville will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Hornets come into the match with a 27-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Mount St. Mary Academy (Little Rock, AR).
With the loss, Lamar drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Warriors host Perryville (Perryville, AR) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 3.
